Nelson joined NIC in 2006 as the Support Manager and lead of all techs. Nelson has broad experience in technical support, network administration, disaster recovery, analytics and troubleshooting. His duties include management of the Technical Support Team and providing techs with escalation support.
Michael joined NIC in 2011 with over 11 years of IT experience underneath his belt. His career includes working as a Senior Desktop Support Technical at a Film Studio, a field Service Technician and Senior Systems Engineer at various IT companies in Southern California. His duties include managing specific client accounts and acting as the primary point of contact for all client’s needs.

Gus joined NIC in 2016 as an IT account manager. In this role, he leads the technical team and provides excellent support to NIC clients. Gus brings 15 years of experience and has worked as a network engineer. He holds a MBA and a BS in information security from the ITT Technical Institute.

Kenneth joined NIC in 2016 as an Account Manager. He brings with him over 20 years of experience in computer networking, administration, sales, and management. His career includes working as a technology consultant, director of infrastructure services, and manager of network services. Ken’s extensive resume includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Walsh College of Accountancy at Troy, Michigan, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Heidelberg University, at Tiffin, Ohio. Here at NIC Ken is leveraging his extensive knowledge of IT and management experience to streamline our IT processes and provide excellent service to our clients. In his spare time, Ken enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids.
Richard joined in 2012 as a Level I IT Support Specialist and has since then been promoted to Level 2 IT Support Specialist. He provides daily technical support and guidance to NIC clients, including deployment of projects. He has 10+ years of desktop support experience and holds an Associates of Science Degree in Graphic Design.
Fun Fact: Richard enjoys watching all things Star Wars with his fiancé Kristina.
Joe joined NIC in 2014 with 14 years of IT experience. He was promoted to Level 3 IT Support Specialist and Technical Lead where he is responsible for coordination and execution of large projects for all NIC clients. Joe leverages his experience in Windows Server technologies, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office 365, networking and connectivity to provide unparalleled service to his clients.

Yoshio joined NIC in 2014 as a Level 2 IT Support Specialist. He provides mainly onsite Technical Support to our clients. Yoshio has 10 years of experience in the industry and has received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from DeVry University.

Peter provides daily technical support to NIC clients via remote and onsite access. Peter has over 10 years of general experience, including desk support and IT consulting, in the IT industry in Southern California.
Fun Fact: Peter spends his free time with his family and is passionate about video games, journalism, computer animation and Martial Arts.
Anthony brings 5 years of experience in the IT industry within media design and production support. He is working toward his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer designation. At NIC, Anthony is responsible for the daily support of our clients remotely and onsite.
He likes spending time with friends and playing music on his guitar.
Jack has 2+ years experience in the IT industry. Prior to this, he trained and worked in the US Army both as an enlisted member and an IT specialist, which provided him with excellent skills in discipline and communication. He has also has an Associate of Arts in IT with Cisco Networking Certificate from University of Phoenix in 2013.
Walter joined NIC as a level I IT support specialist in 2016 and is responsible for day to day desktop support as well as helping our clients remotely and onsite. He has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry working as an IT support analyst and an independent contractor. He holds an AA in computer technology from the Computer Learning Center.

Carlos joined NIC as a level I IT support specialist in 2016. He provides daily technical support to NIC clients remotely and onsite. He has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry and has received his computer tech certification from the West Valley Occupational Center as well as A+ and MCE Windows 8 certifications.

Ed has over 5 years of experience in the field of IT. He joined NIC in 2016 as a Level 3 IT Support Specialist and Technical Lead where he is responsible for coordination and execution of large projects for all NIC clients. Ed has extensive experience in Windows Server technologies, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office 365 and much more. Since joining the team, he has become a valuable asset to the company and has received positive reviews from our clients. In his free time, Ed enjoys spending time with his wife and young son.
Robert joined NIC as a Level I IT Support Specialist in 2016. With him he brings 2 years of hands on experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining NIC Robert worked as an IT specialist at a lending institution here in Los Angeles. At NIC, Robert is responsible for day to day desktop support, including servicing our clients remotely and onsite. In his free time Robert enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Arlon joined NIC in 2016 as an Applications Support Specialist. In this role he supports and maintains internal operations-related applications and software here at NIC. He brings with him 5 years of experience in the IT industry. Arlson holds an AA degree in Computer Science and is currently working on his Bachelors Degree at California State University Northridge.
Spencer joined NIC in 2016 as an Account Executive in charge of NIC sales and business development. Spencer hails from Illinois, where he attended and received a Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University. With him he brings 5 years of experience working as a sales representative and strategic account manager at various large firms in Chicago. Here at NIC Spencer is leveraging his knowledge and experience in developing and maintaining client relationships to help NIC provide a higher quality of service to our clients. In his spare time Spencer enjoys spending time with his girlfriend.
Helen joined the company in 2013, bringing with her a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, accounting, and much more. She spearheads the company’s sales and marketing teams, staying on top of the latest trends within the IT industry. Helen has a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from California State University Northridge.

Joanna has extensive training and hands-on experience in multiple fields, including accounting, human resources, finances, and IT. To lead her team, she continues to maintain and obtain certifications from Microsoft, Connectwise, Dell and many more.

Yasmin’s list of responsibilities includes management of technical support board, billing, invoicing and vendor management. Yasmin is currently set to graduate from California State University Northridge with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

Andrea joined NIC in 2014 as an administrative assistant and receptionist. She was quickly promoted to operations associate where her duties include assisting the billing department, providing customer service to clients, coordinating the dispatch board, and helping the orders group.
Fun Fact: In her free time she enjoys hiking, working out, and attending the church with her husband Brandan.
Melissa joined NIC in 2016 as a front desk receptionist and administrative assistant. Her duties include greeting new and existing customers, providing support to the administrative staff, and helping the dispatch department during busy periods. She is currently studying accounting at College of the Canyons.

Kristina joined NIC in 2016 as our dispatch operations associate. She runs the dispatch board by taking incoming calls from clients and scheduling available technicians to help service their requests. Kristina brings NIC extensive experience in administrative support and sales.
